We went to dinner with some of my dad’s friends from college and they said we couldn’t leave Portland without trying this ice cream place. We were a little nervous because my parents’ are lactose intolerant. But they both found ice creams and sorbets they worked. I got an arbiquina olive oil ice cream. It sounds strange but the taste was subtle, sweet, creamy with fruity undertones.
My dad had the orange and watermelon serbert and said it was the best he had ever had.
All ingredients are made locally. The cones are even made fresh in front of your eyes!
The flavors while often strange such as bone marrow and bourbon cherries or Hobey lavendar, are a artistically crafted masterpiece for your indulgence.
